I’m Half German and half Singaporean Chinese and had a very balanced cultural life between both countries. I’m a huge fan of Calisthenics training and love a nice run for a good mental floss. Yoga keeps me balanced and I love teaching yoga to athletes.
Proudest sport moment:
Training over 1800 hours in yoga over 2 years. It felt like a yoga marathon.
