About
Favorite sports:
Running, Triathlons, Cycling
Fun fact:
Absolute geek when I was young, I didnt know how to ride a bike until I was 28. I obviously needed that to finish a triathlon so I had no choice! Fast forward 5 years, I have now completed 5 full Ironmans and part of the Philippine Obstacle Course Racing Developmental Pool.
Most embarrassing sport moment:
When I served 10 minutes in the penalty tent during Ironman Langkawi for littering.
Proudest sport moments:
My proudest sporting experience, and the only time I cried at the finish line, was when I finished Spartan World Champs 2019 in Lake Tahoe. Close to it would be when I finished Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon also in 2019. Both was a literally near death experience!
Favourite Food:
My go to heart-warming reward meal would be Champorado! Originated in the Philippines its basically chocolate congee served traditionally for breakfast, morning tea and/or afternoon tea.
