I started using Polar products because of my team mate Fabienne Schlumpf. It’s easy for us to share our trainings with our coach. In my trainings I use the Polar Vantage with the H10 heart rate sensor and I’m happy with those products.

In the night before a competition I take a special teddybear to bed. I believe it makes my legs fast over night.
Proudest sporting moment:
Reaching 4th place at the european U23 Crosscountry Championships last year was very special to me. Although I “lost” a medal I was proud to have fought with the very best runners of Europe in my age.
