Professional Biathlete
After my over training in 2015/2016 I needed a lot of patience to find my way back to everyday training. Thanks to Polar I was able to do my training in a more balanced way. I had to learn not to just look at the clock and to complete training sessions, but also to read what goes on in my body. Polar helps me to control the optimal intensity of my training. I can analyze my work both during and after the training and compare different training sessions with the Polar Flow app.
