Fun fact:
If I was on death row my last meal would be a 1 kg bowl of Froot Loops cereal and a Freezochino.
Most embarrassing sport moment:
I wasn’t aware that you weren’t allowed to wear earphones during a particular half marathon. I obviously ran with them because of Dash Berlin. As I crossed the finish line (which was my PB prior to Amsterdam) they called my number on the speaker in the stadium and a security guard, in front of everyone, pulled me to the side and said I had to leave immediately for breaking the rules. People can be so average sometimes.
Proudest sport moment:
Taking part in a fundraising initiative that included a 7-day team relay run across South Africa (from Johannesburg to Cape Town). I managed to run 200 km in 7 days, and our team raised R1.1m for a local charity.
