Krista Pärmäkoski
XC Skiing World Champion
Polar has been my training platform for all of my career. My coaches have full access to my training data via Polar Flow and we analyze data especially from training camps on a basis. We have all the annual summaries in Polar Flow and it's easy to analyze trends between seasons. I use the H10 heart rate sensor in every race and typically the OH1 arm strap during training. In addition I've linked my Polar weight scale to my Polar Flow.
