I use Polar because I think it is the best training watch I have tested. It has the functions I need for the workout but also good functions for analysis, recovery, sleep etc. They are also nice and comfortable to wear on the wrist!

I have a certain warm-up routine but I usually try to make sure that I always do something different before the competition so I don't get stuck in things that I must have done.
Proudest sporting moment:
When I qualified for the Final during the Rio Olympics 2016. It was my first international final in the senior class with World Cup status.
