My favourite place to run is Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay at 5am when it’s super quiet. I run anywhere from 100km to 160km per week, and do at least 3 strength sessions a week in the gym

I am terrible at yoga!
Proudest sport moment:
I was always into health and fitness, but didn’t become a competitive runner until I turned 40.
