Shipping Information

This Polar Web Store ships to Australia and New Zealand. Orders are dispatched from our Asia Pacific warehouse in Hong Kong.

All prices are in Australian dollars. All orders will incur GST but the customer will not incur duty or import taxes.

Your order will ship from our warehouse located in Hong Kong within 48 hours of order receipt, with available stock (excluding weekends and holidays).

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The standard delivery time of DHL Express service is 1 to 4 working days.
