Tim Rose
IRONMAN age group champion
I am a Polar athlete since 2018 and I use the Polar M460 for cycling and the Vantage V for swimming and running. I use the Polar Flow to analyze my workouts. My two favorite features are the Running Index and the Training Load Pro, which shows how loading my workout was for my muscles and to my cardiovascular system.
